Launch promotion

1. The first 10 participants who create at least 25 valid sales listings within their personal time limit automatically receive a fee-free spot.
2. This promotion applies to new user accounts registered after the promotion starts. The personal time limit is 120 hours from registration. Participation is optional and must be explicitly confirmed when registering.
3. Joining alone does not reserve a fee-free spot. What matters is who first meets all the conditions. An active fee-free entitlement from another promotion is not extended automatically.
4. An eligible listing is publicly available for sale and includes a title, a description, at least one photo and a selling price greater than zero. Drafts, wanted lists and private collections do not count.
5. Only listings newly created from the start of your personal time limit count. Editing or republishing an older listing does not make it a new listing.
6. Eligible shop countries: All supported countries. Eligible categories: All categories. Your shop country is recorded when you join and must still match the country selection before an automatic award can be made.
7. Each individually listed item counts once. A set offered only as a set counts as one listing. The same items are not counted twice through individual and set listings. Where categories are restricted, every component of a set must be eligible.
8. Sales that were fully listed and paid through Modellwelt can continue to count. Listings withdrawn, deleted or blocked before an award do not count. Once an award is made, you do not have to keep the required number of listings online permanently.
9. The awarded fee-free period lasts 5 years.
10. The fee-free period starts when the automatic or manual award is actually made. Its start and end are shown with dates and times in your account. Sales before the award are charged at the normal rate; fees are not changed retrospectively.
11. During the fee-free period, the Modellwelt sales commission is 0% for your entire user account. Countries and categories only limit eligibility. Postage and any external payment-provider fees are not included in this exemption.
12. After expiry, new orders automatically use the rate then set for your shop or, if none is set, the standard commission then in effect. Other active fee-free awards are still taken into account. Earlier fee-free orders remain fee-free even if they are paid later.
13. The entitlement belongs to the registered user account and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Changing the display name neither extends the fee-free period nor cancels the entitlement.
14. This promotion has 10 automatic fee-free spots. Deleted accounts and expired fee-free periods do not release new spots. Additional manual awards are counted separately and do not reduce the number of automatic spots.
15. Administrators may award additional fee-free spots with a recorded reason, including when conditions are met late or only partly, and after all automatic spots have been awarded. This does not create an entitlement to an exception. Another active fee-free period will not be extended without an explicit decision.
16. Confirm your email address and complete your profile, delivery countries, postage and payment methods. You can then enable selling yourself in your account. The existing terms of use and moderation rules still apply.
17. Pausing or closing the promotion stops new participations. Existing personal deadlines and awarded fee-free periods remain in effect. Later promotions have their own participation terms and do not count older listings again.

All displayed times use the Europe/Zurich time zone.
